Request data deletion

You can ask TVGuideUK to remove your member account and the social sign-in data connected to it.

How to request it

Email hello@tvguideuk.com from, or quoting, the email address used for your TVGuideUK account and ask for account/data deletion. We may ask you to confirm account ownership before destructive changes are made.

Deleting the TVGuideUK member account removes connected Google/Facebook identity records along with member-owned account data handled by the normal deletion process. TVGuideUK does not store Google or Facebook access tokens.

If you only want a connected social sign-in method disconnected rather than deleting the whole account, say that in your message.

If you remove TVGuideUK directly from your Facebook settings, Meta may also send TVGuideUK a signed deauthorisation callback. Once verified, that callback removes the linked Facebook identity from TVGuideUK; it does not automatically delete your separate TVGuideUK account.

Email deletion request
